PRINTS: All print sales are final. However if your order arrives damaged or is lost by the shipping carrier, please contact me immediately at lizacompass@icloud.com so I can make it right, and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
ORIGINAL WORKS: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the artwork received from your online order and would like to return the piece for a full refund, you have 7 days from the date you receive the art to notify me by email at lizacompass@icloud.com to begin the return process. From here, I will assist you with all aspects of the return directly.
I will gladly cover all shipping costs for returns inside the United States. For returns outside of the United States, I will work with you directly to come up with a reasonable accommodation.
Once the artwork is received back in perfect condition, I will happily issue a full refund.
Refunds will not be provided for artwork which has been damaged by the customer, or for return packages received with missing components from the original shipment, such as it's certificate of authenticity or any other valuable accompaniment to the art. All original works and limited edition prints are sent with signed certificates of authenticity which are also irreplaceable, and therefore must be returned with the artwork in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
For any original artwork or prints that arrive damaged during shipping, please notify me immediately via email at lizacompass@icloud.com so I may seek further action with the shipping carrier to make it right.
